Who we are

The Cooperativa Agraria Intercultural Café y Cacao de Rio Tambo - VRAEM is a solid organization with coffee and cocoa producers from the Rio Tambo and Ene valley of the province of Satipo - Junín, producing and exporting quality coffee and cocoa to the European continent since 2020, with organic certification NOP, EU, BIOSUISSE and FAIRTRADE.

Rio Tambo - Pangoa

Originally, Rio Tambo was home to the Yanésha and Asháninka ethnic groups, peoples who had a deep respect for nature.

Today, we can say that its beauty remains intact, as if time had not passed through those beautiful forests.

Rio Tambo, in the province of Satipo, is a prosperous land for the cultivation of coffee and cocoa. In its fertile soils and under a humid and rainy climate grow several varieties of high organoleptic quality that reach the palate of our customers, being its exotic flavor which makes one of our most exquisite coffees and cocoa, which everyone deserves to try in their day.

WEATHER

Humid that varies from warm to temperate, in rainy seasons between the months of December to March reach between 200 and 600 mm of rainfall.
